This intensive in Avis, Portugal, will run March 14-20, 2025.
Located less than two hours from Lisbon, the Avizacqua Team Center will again play host to another para intensive. Participants can expect 1-2 water session daily, training in the gym and on land, and access to the hotels amazing food and scenery. The hotel's restaurant embraces local, organic food tailored to the nutritional needs of rowers, including special dietary needs.
