Created in March 2020, PRF wanted to find new ways to continue removing barriers to rowing for athletes from the comfort of their own homes.


 The PRF at home weekly workouts feature Steph Weiner and exercises developed specifically for para rowers and para athletes in general. They focus on creating stability, power, flexibility, all while having a blast. These videos also have a split screen with various athletes who have interacted with PRF over the years.
