Steven Dowd, DEI Strategist and Founder of EnduRow Challenge, was appointed to the Board in January 2023. With immediate effect, he steps up to Chair of the Board of Directors. Steven brings a wealth of experience spanning international business and charitable initiatives and will help to drive PRF’s mission of powering athletes with impairments around the World to fulfill their potential through rowing.

I’ve been deeply involved with the organization since 2021 as an external fundraiser and Board Advisor, and more recently as a Member of the Executive Board during which time I have seen it develop significant global reach, influence, and impact always supporting athletes’ needs in line with our strategic goals. I couldn’t be more excited to see what we can achieve as an organization for those we serve through 2024 and beyond.”
